James: Mercy Triumphs by Beth Moore

Provides a personal study experience five days a week, plus viewer guides of this in-depth women’s Bible study. James, Jesus’ own brother, started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple. Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways, James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any other New Testament book. Topics in this study include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer. Eight video sessions with seven weeks of print study.

Ruth: Loss, Love & Legacy by Kelly Minter
Tuesdays, March 6 - April 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. or
Wednesdays, March 7 - April 18, 9:30-11:45 a.m. Cost: $20
A women’s Bible study of Ruth’s journey of unbearable loss, redeeming love, and divine legacy. This six-week study delves into the virtuous character of Ruth, her unique relationship with her mother-in-law Naomi, and her blossoming love with Boaz. If you’ve ever felt devastated, struggled as a stranger, longed to be loved, or wept along the way, you’ll find a loyal sister in Ruth. This study includes stories, recipes, and live teaching from Chapel women.

• On-Site the First Day of the Study: Registration will be also available at the very first class session. Please come a little early if you want to register on the first day. (We will make every effort to ensure adequate numbers of the books, but cannot guarantee a copy of the book unless payment has been made in advance!)
