The Chapel Forum

The Chapel Forum committee launched the Forum series in 2001, but the Forum concept had its genesis over 20 years ago. The Chapel’s founding members prayed that the Chapel might one day serve the community by providing opportunities to hear noted speakers address topics of spiritual significance and wide interest.

In keeping with that original vision, the Chapel Forum hosts distinguished Christian leaders who address a great variety of subjects. This outreach effort helps mobilize the Chapel’s commitment to benefit and serve non-members in the community.

Among the Christian leaders the Forum has hosted are Dr. Henry Blackaby (author of Experiencing God), Taylor University Chancellor Dr. Jay Kesler (provided insights on parenting and grandparenting), Tony P. Hall (Nobel Peace Prize nominee for his humanitarian and hunger-related work), Mark Earley (former VA Attorney General and President of Prison Fellowship), Josh McDowell (internationally-renowned author and speaker), and Ravi Zacharias (apologetic speaker and writer).
