Ted Cornell

Ted Cornell is a native of New York City. He began his musical training at Juilliard School at the age of eight. In time, Ted earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in piano performance and choral direction. As a concert pianist and organist, Ted has recorded six albums and has published several choral arrangements and two volumes of concert piano transcriptions. Ted has made numerous appearances on radio and television and performed extensively in North America, Europe, the Orient, Australia, and New Zealand.
Prior to the assumption of his role at Williamsburg Community Chapel in 1998, Ted and the Chapel had already established a great relationship that spanned more than ten years. In addition to leading the Chapel’s music ministry, Ted continues his relationship with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association by directing music for crusades during the year. 2003 marked Ted’s thirty-fifth year of association with Dr. Graham.
Ted and his wife Zandra have two children, Ted, Jr. and Brittany.
