Susie Calapodas is a native of Warrenton, Virginia. She graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1984 with an Elementary Education degree. She taught third grade, kindergarten, and preschool and was assistant director at a local daycare before joining the Chapel staff as nursery supervisor. Susie and her husband Nick have three children.
