Luke was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia, and attended the Chapel his entire life. In August 2004, he left briefly to pursue a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. While in college, Luke returned each of his final three summers to participate in the Chapel’s Student Ministries Summer Internship Program.

In May 2008, Luke received his BS in Systems Engineering and became the Chapel’s Pastoral Intern, serving alongside Senior Pastor, Bill Warrick. After finishing the pastoral internship August 2009, Luke joined the Chapel Staff as the Director of Middle School Ministry.

Also in August 2009, Luke married his lovely wife Alexis, who serves at the Chapel as the High School Assistant/Female Discipleship Coordinator.
