Dean Ross is a native of Newport News, Virginia. In 1993, he found the Chapel to be a “place for broken wings to heal.” A 40-plus year career in construction preceded Dean’s arrival on Chapel staff. During his construction career, he was involved in four church building programs. Dean is responsible for upkeep of the Chapel facilities. He and his wife Irene have three children and three grandchildren.
