We believe membership is an important part of a person’s journey of faith and demonstrates growing commitment to Christ’s work in the world through His Church. The information below summarizes the characteristics and commitments of a member, and introduces you to the process. Characteristics of a Member

• People whose only hope for salvation is in Jesus Christ.
• People whose lives are being changed by Christ.
• People who want to become more committed to Christ and to the Chapel and its ministries.
• People who subscribe to the Williamsburg Community Chapel Statement of Faith.

The Commitments a New Member Makes Include:

• To support the Chapel with time, talents, and treasures.
• To pray for the Chapel, its ministries, its leadership, and its people.
• To grow in your relationship with Christ through prayer and the reading of His word, and being in fellowship with others.
• To continue in submission to the lordship of Christ in every area of life.

How To Become a Member:

• Take Class 101: Introduction to Our Church Family (a four-part, Saturday morning class).
• Share with us how you came to faith in Jesus Christ and sign our Statement of Faith.
• Meet with the Membership Committee.
